ey Responsibilities:
.Manage end-to-end company formation processes for Free Zone and Mainland setups.
.Liaise with Free Zone authorities (DMCC, DAFZA, IFZA, RAKEZ, etc.) for license issuance, renewals, and compliance.
.Coordinate with government departments (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, etc.) for mainland setups.
.Advise clients on suitable jurisdictions, legal structures, and license types based on their business models.
.Prepare, review, and manage doentation for license applications, visa processes, and bank account setups.
.Stay updated on UAE laws, regulations, and procedures related to business licensing.
Requirements:
.Minimum 2 years of proven experience in UAE business setup services.
.Experience working with multiple Free Zone authorities.
