SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a skilled Consultant in Acute Medicine to join a leading healthcare provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive assessment and management of patients with acute medical conditions, delivering high-quality care within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses.
Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams.
Lead clinical decision-making and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and trainees.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous professional development.
Medical degree with specialty training in Acute Medicine.
Relevant board certification or equivalent qualifications.
Proven experience in acute medical care and management.
Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in multidisciplinary teams.
Commitment to patient safety and quality improvement.
