Employment: Full Time
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our client’s dynamic healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and contribute to a positive healthcare environment that prioritizes patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities:
– Provide direct patient care and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
– Monitor patient health and record vital signs accurately.
– Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
– Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
– Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
– Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
– Ensure all nursing practices comply with healthcare policies and standards.
– Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.
Requirements:
– Valid Registered Nurse license recognized in UAE. We will consider nurses, who are based overseas at the moment.
– Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
– Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting.
– Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, medical terminology, and healthcare protocols.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
– Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
– Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
