Employment: Full Time
We are seeking a Site Engineer with proven experience in bridge construction projects within the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and consultants, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Oversee and manage bridge construction activities on-site.
2) Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations.
3) Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
4) Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
5) Review drawings and technical specifications; ensure accurate execution on site.
6) Monitor and manage materials, resources, and manpower efficiently.
7) Conduct quality inspections and resolve technical site issues.
8) Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
9) Attend site meetings and liaise with relevant authorities when required.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
2) Minimum 3 years of experience in bridge construction projects in the UAE.
3) Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
4) Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and UAE regulations.
5) Excellent organizational and communication skills.
6) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Salary:
AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
