About the Client:
One of the trusted names in metal fabrication companies in Dubai, known for high-quality projects in the construction and architectural sectors.
Job Description:
-Lead and manage the design team (engineers, draftsmen, BIM coordinators) to deliver detailed and accurate façade and aluminum designs.
-Develop and implement design workflows, procedures, and standards aligned with industry best practices.
-Review and approve all design outputs, including shop drawings, 3D models, BIM files, technical reports, and submittals.
-Provide technical expertise on façade systems such as curtain walls (unitized and stick), ACP panels, glass facades, spider glazing, and louvers.
Requirements:
-Male, 45 years old and below
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
-Minimum of 10–15 years of façade or aluminum system design experience in the Gulf region.
-Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Navisworks, BIM tools, and familiar with structural analysis software and Gulf construction codes
Salary:
AED 19,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
