* . Review and process the New Items Forms for new spare parts recommended by
Technical Department Workshops. 

*  Liaise with Workshop Managers/Supervisors for replenishment of high cost
items , verify Stock Replenishment report to ensure adequate stock level is
maintained and available 

*  To coordinate with workshop for technical details for OEM; obtain
identical/equivalent items and recommend alternative cost effective vendor
source to procurement section 

* Prepare and review reports for Parts Shortage by liaising with Workshops and
Procurement section – update the workshop/planning for backlog of requested
materials. 

* Review and update inventory form namely Stock Update Forms, Stock/Cost
Adjustment Forms, Manual Material Requisition Forms, New Commodity Group
Forms 

* Conduct periodic tools check of the workshop technicians on
leave/resigned/retried/terminated – ensure missing, damaged and worn out
tools are accounted and advise the Workshops for replacement. 

* To review Petrol expenditure for departments and business units, ensure
accurate data is submitted to Technical Planning for billing.
