Catering Manager
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage day‑to‑day catering operations across industrial or camp facilities.
• Supervise kitchen teams, catering staff, and workforce scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain strong communication and professional relationships with clients and site management.
• Ensure all food preparation and catering activities comply with HACCP and food safety standards.
• Coordinate menu planning, food costing, and inventory management to achieve operational efficiency.
• Monitor service quality standards and implement improvements where necessary.
• Handle operational challenges effectively while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Support staff development, training, and performance management within the catering department.
Skills & Competencies :
• Strong leadership and workforce management capabilities.
• Experience handling industrial or camp catering operations.
• Good understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP compliance.
• Ability to manage budgets, food costs, and operational planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
• Immediate joiners will have an added advantage.
• Prior Middle East catering industry experience is highly desirable.
