Guildhall is rapidly scaling its SalesAgents.ae platform. It is a fast-growing RPO/agency helping brokerages scale their talent pipelines. We work with top brokerages and are looking for a high-performing full-time recruiter to dominate broker recruitment in Dubai.
Your Mission
– Design and implement a winning recruitment strategy focused on real estate brokers and agents
– Source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, network outreach, and proactive headhunting
– Screen, interview, and qualify candidates against defined competency and cultural-fit criteria
– Build and maintain a warm broker/agent talent pipeline for existing and future vacancies
– Drive full-cycle recruitment: coordinate interviews, follow-up, manage offers and joinings
– Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidate experience is professional and on-brand
– Provide weekly updates and analytics on pipeline, placement rate, and time-to-fill

Requirements:
– Based in the UAE with at least 1 year of experience recruiting real estate brokers/agents in Dubai?
– Strong network and deep understanding of brokerage agent expectations
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
– Organized, metrics-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
– Familiarity with UAE labor law and real estate licensing preferred
