We are leading company in the construction industry, specializing in concrete readymix plants. We’re seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to provide administrative support to our senior management team.
Job Description:
– Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing documents
– Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and make travel arrangements
– Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
– Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required
– Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
– Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
– Assist with government-related services, including:
– Obtaining new visas and residency permits
– Cancelling visas and residency permits
– Medical tests and insurance
– Other government-related tasks as required
Requirements:
– 2-3 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant or similar role in the UAE
– Familiarity with UAE government services, including visa processes and labor laws
– Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
– Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
– Highly beneficial: Proficiency in Arabic language (spoken and written) to facilitate communication with local authorities and stakeholders
– Advantage: Proficiency in Chinese language (spoken and written)
Salary:
AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Accommodation and UAE visa will be provided
