Summary: The Junior Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team by managing daily accounting operations with precision and efficiency. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in bookkeeping and a strong command of Tally ERP. Responsibilities:
• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Maintain invoices, payment records, and financial documentation
• Record daily transactions accurately in Tally ERP
• Assist with bank reconciliations and account statement reviews
• Support the preparation of financial reports and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments on accounts-related queries and processes
• Ensure all accounting records are up-to-date, organized, and audit-ready
Requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of proven accounting experience
• Proficient in Tally ERP – mandatory
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices
• Competent in MS Excel and standard bookkeeping procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate joining preferred
Preferred Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
