Job Summary:
The FS Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality early years education to children aged 3–5 years, supporting their academic, social, emotional, and physical development according to the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Teaching
• Develop and implement engaging daily lesson plans in line with EYFS standards.
• Use play-based, interactive, and differentiated teaching strategies to cater to individual learning needs.
• Prepare age-appropriate resources and learning materials to support lessons.
Student Development
• Observe, monitor, and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
• Support the development of early literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
Classroom Management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive classroom environment.
• Encourage good behaviour and positive interactions among children.
Parental Engagement
• Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress and development.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings as required.
Collaboration
• Work closely with colleagues to plan activities, events, and themed learning weeks.
• Participate in professional development to stay updated with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field.
• Cache Level 3 or equivalent EYFS qualification preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience teaching FS1 or FS2.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and passionate about working with young children.
Salary:
AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
