Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Mechanical Site Engineers and Electrical Site Engineers for MEP construction projects in Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising and coordinating site activities, ensuring quality execution, supporting testing and commissioning, and maintaining compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise mechanical and electrical site works as per approved drawings and project specifications.
✅ Monitor HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and low-current system installations.
✅ Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
✅ Ensure all work is executed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
✅ Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents prior to execution.
✅ Conduct site inspections and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
✅ Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
✅ Resolve technical issues and provide practical site solutions.
✅ Monitor material deliveries, manpower allocation, and site productivity.
✅ Ensure project completion within the approved timeline and budget.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 3–8 years of experience in MEP site execution and construction projects.
✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
✔ Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documentation.
✔ Familiarity with UAE local authority regulations and construction safety standards.
✔ Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
✔ Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial projects is preferred.
✔ Must be currently residing in the UAE.
Preferred Skills
⭐ Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
⭐ Experience in testing and commissioning activities.
⭐ Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management abilities.
Salary: Negotiable / Based on Experience
