Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced Factory Manager / Production Manager for a reputed Plastic Factory in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Plastic Master Batch manufacturing, factory operations, production planning, and team handling. Gulf-return candidates with Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete factory and production operations
Monitor production schedules and output targets
Ensure quality standards and process compliance
Handle manpower planning and shift management
Optimize machine utilization and plant productivity
Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments
Implement safety and operational best practices
Prepare production reports and management updates

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Polymer, Chemical, or Production Engineering
Relevant certifications are an added advantage
