Job Summary:
The Infrastructure NOC (Network Operations Center) Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and supporting IT infrastructure operations to ensure maximum system availability, performance, and reliability. The role involves incident management, coordination with technical teams, troubleshooting support, and maintaining operational procedures within the NOC environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor IT infrastructure systems, networks, servers, and applications through NOC monitoring tools.
Coordinate and manage incident response, escalation, and resolution processes.
Track system alerts, outages, and performance issues, ensuring timely updates and communication.
Liaise with infrastructure, network, telecom, and support teams for issue resolution.
Maintain incident logs, operational records, and daily status reports.
Ensure SLA compliance for incident handling and service restoration.
Coordinate scheduled maintenance activities and change management procedures.
Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
Monitor backup operations, server health, connectivity, and data center activities.
Prepare operational dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics for management review.
Support disaster recovery and business continuity activities when required.
Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures.
