HVAC Engineer
JOB OBJECTIVE:
The HVAC Engineer is responsible for the overall reliability, performance, and lifecycle management of HVAC systems. This role bridges technical troubleshooting, team management, and energy optimization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and supervise executing the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) schedules for all HVAC assets like chillers, CTs, AHUs, FCUs, package units and others.
Manage the breakdown and corrective maintenance workflow, performing root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring equipment failures.
Oversee the operation of building automation systems (BAS), chillers, air handling units (AHUs), boilers, and ventilation networks.
Supervise and train maintenance technicians, shift operators.
Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and budget allocation for the HVAC department.
Ensure all HVAC operations strictly comply with local environmental regulations, health and safety policies and industry standards.
Maintain accurate documentation for compliance, inspections, and equipment history logs.
Requirements:
Candidates must be bilingual.
Should have valid Kuwait Driving License.
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree.
Required minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.
Must have KFF approval.
