What you’ll be doing:
The Multi-Trade Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across various trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance. This role requires a versatile skill set to handle the repair, installation, and upkeep of facilities and equipment in both residential and commercial settings. The technician ensures that all systems operate efficiently and safely, adhering to safety standards and company protocols while providing timely and high-quality service.
Key Skills and Experience:
Partner with Operations to ensure commercial targets and brand standards are achieved across stores.
Work with Real Estate, Finance, and Projects teams to ensure store rollout timelines and budgets are met.
Support Training and HR teams to uphold brand culture and standards at retail level.
Identify and evaluate potential locations for new store openings in coordination with the Real Estate and Operations teams.
Lead feasibility studies, IRR analyses, and prepare store business cases for management and brand approval.
Oversee brand approval, design compliance, and project milestones for each new store.
Plan and manage the retail network roadmap (new stores, relocations, closures, renovation)
Collaborate with the marketing team to localize brand campaigns, product launches, and activation’s.
Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touch-points — store design, VM, communication, and customer experience.
Lead the strategic planning for assigned brand(s), aligning local business objectives with global brand guidelines.
Define growth priorities: new markets, categories, or channels (retail, e-commerce, wholesale).
Manage annual business plans and review performance with brand principals.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify expansion opportunities.
Addresses customer issues and queries in a timely manner; manages customer retention and leads the team.
Who are you:
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals for various systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues across different trades.
Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and best practices in maintenance and repair.
Competency in using hand and power tools specific to various trades.
