Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Cable Jointer to join our team in Qatar. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) cable systems within industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining power distribution integrity by performing cable jointing, termination, testing, and troubleshooting in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities:
Perform LV and MV cable jointing and termination tasks with precision and safety
Install, inspect, and maintain electrical cable systems across various project sites
Identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical faults promptly and effectively
Support cable laying, testing, and routine maintenance activities
Interpret and follow electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
Adhere strictly to electrical safety procedures, site regulations, and company protocols
Collaborate with supervisors and project teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in optimal condition
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrical Cable Jointer in relevant projects
Kahramma approval is preferred
Solid understanding of electrical systems, cable installation practices, and maintenance procedures
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities
Relevant electrical qualification or certification is an advantage
Preferred Candidates:
Prior experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects
Familiarity with Gulf standards and regional electrical safety practices
Availability to join immediately will be given preference
Perform precision jointing and termination of low-voltage and medium-voltage cable systems. Identify and resolve electrical faults while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and technical specifications.
