About the Role
As a Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all design-related activities throughout different stages of the project. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, architects, and engineering teams to ensure that all drawings, technical documents, and project designs are accurate, properly reviewed, and completed on schedule.
The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail and strong communication with all stakeholders involved in the project.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate architectural, civil, structural, and MEP design activities across multiple projects
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Work closely with consultants, engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve design-related issues
Ensure all project designs meet company standards, client requirements, and UAE regulations
Track design progress and maintain proper records of submissions, approvals, and revisions
Support project managers and site teams with technical coordination and project updates
Attend coordination meetings and assist in improving communication between departments
Identify potential design conflicts before construction activities begin
Ensure project deadlines are met without compromising quality standards
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in design coordination or construction project coordination
Strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical documentation, and construction processes
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office applications
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
GCC/UAE project experience will be considered an advantage
Manage and coordinate architectural, civil, structural, and MEP design activities across multiple infrastructure projects. Ensure all technical documents and drawings are accurate, compliant with UAE regulations, and delivered on schedule.
