Eram Talent is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Inspector to join our team. As a Civil Inspector, you will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of civil engineering projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, familiarity with construction procedures, and the ability to work closely with site teams to identify and resolve any issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil inspection or a similar role.
Good knowledge of construction methods, codes, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
Effective communication and report writing abilities.
Proficient in using standard inspection tools and software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Site monitoring & enforcement, Coordination with Stockholder’s, Drawing & GIS verification, Permit closure and verification,
