Job Description:
– Assist the Security Supervisor in supervising and coordinating the activities of the security team.
– Assist in scheduling shifts, tasks, and patrols to ensure optimal coverage and security effectiveness.
– Supporting security operations, including access control, and monitoring.
– Assist in maintaining a visible and vigilant security presence to deter and detect security breaches
– Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches, following the guidance of the Security Supervisor.
– Support in coordinating the response to incidents and liaising with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
Required Qualifications:
– Minimum Diploma certification.
Preferred Experience:
– At least 5 years of experience in security position, Ministry of Interior, Army or similar entity
Job-Specific Skills:
– Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to stay composed and make rational decisions in high-pressure situations.
– Basic knowledge of security equipment and technology is beneficial
