Job Summary
Job Title: Store Keeper
Job Purpose:
To manage and control all warehouse activities ensuring efficient receipt,
storage, and dispatch of materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials.
Maintain accurate stock levels and update records in the system.
Ensure materials are properly stored, labeled, and organized.
Prepare and issue materials according to requisitions.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for stock
requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
