Requirements

Requires a degree and at least 15 years of Oil and Gas experience, including 5 years on major capital projects exceeding 500 million USD. Must possess excellent English communication skills and the ability to obtain a UAE work visa and CICPA clearance.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Construction Engineer-
Pipeline with a proven track record in overseeing and coordinating all on-site
activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and
according to quality and safety standards for a high-profile client.

The key objectives for this role are:

* Assures the quality and integrity of each project, bringing projects in on
schedule and within budget. Using in-house construction management procedures
and experience, provide continuity and consistency of construction management
with quality assurance and reliable control
* Oversees total construction field effort to ensure project is constructed in
accordance with design, specifications, budgets and schedules

responsible for projects or subset of project with value above USD 500
million
