Job Summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks an experienced Human Resources Partner to join the HR team to support the development and implementation of various human resource functions in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have maximum 3-5 years of work experience, able to provide comprehensive human resources services including recruitment, performance management, HR policies & procedures, compensation & benefits, and strategically partnering with leadership to align HR and business objectives, whilst building effective and long lasting relationships. As an HR Partner a typical day might include the following: Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. Develop and maintain broad knowledge of one or more areas of Human Resources Coach and partner with employees and leaders as it relates to HR area(s). Maintain current knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations; maintain legal documentation. Interpret, explain, and advise others on human resources guidance, policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. Manage confidential files and other privileged information. Maintain broad understanding of data relevant to HR area(s); manages reporting requests and interprets data for others. Work independently using initiative to propose solutions to problems. This job might be for you if: B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or related field Typically four years experience within Human Resources or a related field Solid knowledge of laws and legal practices and procedures as it pertains to HR area Excellent listening, coaching, customer service and interpersonal skills Strong analytical ability and problem resolution skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data Ability to work independently within a team environment Proficient knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with an HRIS system and processes Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities Location Saudi Arabia – Khobar Why SEL?
