Job Overview
Maple Arcadia Properties LLC is seeking enthusiastic, ambitious and customer-focused Property Consultants to join our growing team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate prospects and qualify leads through outbound calls using LeadSquared, CRM systems and company databases.
Achieve assigned daily calling parameters and productivity KPIs.
Attend weekly face-to-face (F2F) meetings and participate in scheduled sales activities.
Identify and engage potential buyers and investors for UAE real estate opportunities.
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across the UAE market.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Coordinate client meetings, property viewings and developer presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Stay informed about market trends, project launches, pricing updates and developer offerings.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.

Key requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in speaking with clients and conducting outbound calls.
Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to lead generation.
Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Interest in real estate, sales, and customer service.
Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to attend meetings and sales activities.
