Hands-on experience with:
As-Is / To-Be process documentation
BPMN 2.0
Process mapping & modelling
SOP preparation
BPM Tools:
SAP Signavio / ARIS / Bizagi / Visio (any one mandatory)
Hospitality & Golf Process Exposure:
Guest journey & service lifecycle
Front office & back office operations
Booking & reservation workflows
Billing & payment processes
Refund handling & service recovery
Escalation & complaint management
Ability to clearly explain Process Maturity Model (L0–L6/L7) step-by-step
Requirements
