Requirements

The candidate must be able to maintain high vigilance at assigned security posts and strictly follow company security guidelines. Ability to manage problematic situations with visitors or contractors and coordinate with plant management is required.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities & Tasks:
– Enforce company regulations and policies regarding Health, Security, Safety
and Environment.
– Provide assistance to people with special needs at the gates
– Assist NAPCO management in achieving safe and secure environment by ensuring
100% implementation of NAPCO HSSE Procedures.
– Safeguarding and securing company assets from deteriorations, theft, misuse,
etc.…
– Immediate reporting any safety or security concern to their direct supervisor.
– Full compliance to NAPCO security procedure by following all security
guidelines and filling all required security forms.
– Monitor property entrance and the electronic surveillance equipment used at
the premises to ensure their proper functioning and premises are secured.
– Follow and implement all security directions from HSSE department management.
– On duty, ensure 100% vigilance and presence at assigned security post.
– Immediate response to any emergency occurred and play the required roles by
reacting in a timely manner.
– Inform and coordinate with safety team regarding safety issues to ensure the
appliance of safety measures and report non-compliance.
– Contain and manage problematic or unusual situation, caused by employees,
contractors, or visitors, and escalate if needed.
– Coordinate with plant management to manage security related exceptions and
ensure efficient secured premises.
– Maintain the implementation of 5S program in all security guard house without
prior notice.

The Gate Controller is responsible for enforcing HSSE policies to ensure the safety and security of people, company assets, and the environment. Key tasks include monitoring entrances, managing surveillance equipment, and responding promptly to emergencies or security breaches.
