We are seeking a Sales Executive to support the growth of our poultry business by driving sales of table eggs and live birds across the region. The role will focus on developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in either table eggs or live birds, with a strong understanding of the poultry industry and regional market dynamics.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in sales of table eggs and/or live birds within the MENA region.
Preferred Qualifications
Currently based in Oman.
Other Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Good commercial awareness and customer-focused approach.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow sales of table eggs and live birds within assigned markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Manage existing customer accounts while expanding the customer base.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on customer inquiries.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall commercial objectives.
Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
