Requirements

Candidates must possess a university degree in any field and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel. Professional grooming and strong product knowledge of hotel facilities are also required.

Job Description
Inspects all housekeeping areas on a daily basis to ensure highest standard of cleanliness.
Completes and supervises the daily checklist
Ensure all VIP arrivals and guest areas are taken care and at best conditions at all times
Conducts daily inspection of employee grooming.
Conducts daily briefing and on the job training for all Attendants and Team Leaders.
Checks and maintains equipment and machines used.
Follow up on job orders and co-ordinate with Engineering for follow up.
Maintains effective employee relations.
Attends daily briefing with EKH/AEH in Housekeeping.
Report any sick, irregular guest, and any stranger on housekeeping areas to the Housekeeper, Security Office immediately.
Proper handover and take over of the incoming and out going shifts to be handled well.
Report all Lost & Found items to Housekeeping.
Prepare discrepancy report for the front office.
Check and follow all maintenance report If the work is incomplete.
Waters and changes all flowers as per schedule requirement.
While inspecting housekeeping areas or other area there should be eye for detail.
Be Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, property and hygiene of housekeeping areas and service areas.
Oversee the work of attendants and team leaders
Handle all service matters to guests in the station
Be responsible for supervising the activities of Housekeeping Area attendants and team leaders.
Be fully aware of the Rixelence of the day
Proper grooming at all times
Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments
Is aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities
Qualifications
University Degree in any field
Minimum 2 years in a similar role with a five star hotel
