Overview
The Quantity Surveyor manages cost-control activities, measurements, and contract-related tasks for infrastructure projects.
Your role
Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters.
Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works.
Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
Monitor project cost performance and report deviations.
Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration.
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
5–10 years’ QS experience, preferably on road/highway projects.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills.
