Job Summary

About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and energetic Pilates Instructor specialising in both Mat and Reformer Pilates. The successful candidate will be confident delivering both private and group sessions while creating a welcoming, motivating, and professional environment for clients of all fitness levels.
You will help clients improve their strength, flexibility, posture, mobility, and overall wellbeing through safe, effective, and engaging Pilates training.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver Mat and Reformer Pilates classes for both private and group sessions.
– Create safe, engaging, and results-driven workouts tailored to individual client needs.
– Guide clients on proper form, breathing techniques, posture, and movement execution.
– Design structured and progressive session plans.
– Monitor client progress and provide appropriate modifications and progressions.
– Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the studio and equipment.
– Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and long-term engagement.
– Uphold studio standards and deliver exceptional client experiences.
– Contribute positively to the growth and success of the studio.

Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of Pilates teaching experience.
– Certified Pilates Instructor with Mat and Reformer qualifications.
– Internationally recognised certifications highly preferred, including:
– STOTT PILATES, BASI Pilates, Balanced Body, Peak Pilates or similar
– Experience delivering both private and group sessions.
– Professional level English required.
– Arabic language skills are advantageous.
– Female candidates only.

Package & Benefits:
– Base Salary: 200 OMR per month
– Accommodation Allowance: 150 OMR per month (or accommodation provided)
– Transportation Allowance: 100 OMR per month (or transportation provided)

Opportunity to grow with a brand-new boutique studio from its launch
Working Schedule:
– 6 working days per week
– Approximately 5 classes per day plus private sessions
– Shift patterns dependent on class schedules

Deliver Mat and Reformer Pilates sessions for both private and group clients while ensuring safe and effective movement. Manage studio cleanliness and build strong client relationships to drive retention and growth.
