Job Summary

Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Specialist Hemato‑Oncologist to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The role involves providing expert care in the diagnosis and management of hematologic disorders and solid‑tumor oncology cases, working within a multidisciplinary cancer care framework.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with hematologic diseases and oncology conditions.
Oversee chemotherapy planning, administration, and follow‑up.
Manage both inpatient and outpatient hemato‑oncology services.
Interpret bone marrow biopsies, flow cytometry, and hematologic investigations.
Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and coordinate care with pathology, radiology, surgery, and radiation oncology.
Ensure adherence to international guidelines (NCCN, ESMO, ASCO).
Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient‑safety initiatives.
Provide teaching and support to junior doctors and clinical staff.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support digital health workflows.
Qualifications & Requirements
Specialist qualification in Hematology / Medical Oncology:
American Board, Canadian FRCSC, CCT (UK), CESR, or equivalent Western training.
Minimum 3–5 years post‑specialist experience preferred.
Experience in managing both benign and malignant hematologic conditions.
Eligibility for DHA Specialist License (Dubai Health Authority).
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with targeted therapies, immunotherapy, and modern oncology protocols.
Competence in managing complex hematologic emergencies.
Commitment to patient‑centered care and evidence‑based practice.
Ability to contribute to service development and cancer program expansion.
Salary: 65000 – 80000 AED Per month

Responsibilities
