The role
This graduate role is designed to give you meaningful exposure to how a global bank operates while building the skills needed for a long-term career. What you’ll do
Work with colleagues across teams to support day-to-day delivery and business priorities.
Build a strong understanding of customers’ needs (internal or external) and help deliver high-quality service and solutions.
Produce and maintain materials such as presentations, reports, meeting packs and management information.
Support analysis of information to identify trends, risks, issues and improvement opportunities.
Help coordinate actions across stakeholders, tracking deliverables and supporting timely completion.
Contribute to projects and change initiatives that improve customer experience, efficiency and the control environment.
Follow policies, procedures and risk controls, escalating issues appropriately.
