The Project Coordinator supports Scrum Masters and technology teams in Agile delivery by coordinating ceremonies, tracking tasks and blockers, maintaining documentation, and supporting effective team communication. This role provides hands-on exposure to Scrum, Agile, and software development processes.
Responsibilities:
STRATEGIC:
Support Agile ways of working across technology teams.
Assist with coordination between Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
FUNCTIONAL:
Assist with Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Maintain Jira boards, sprint trackers, and project documentation.
Track tasks, deadlines, blockers, risks, and dependencies.
Prepare meeting notes, action items, and basic sprint reports.
Follow up on outstanding actions and provide updates to the Scrum Master.
Support Agile metrics and reporting.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Actively participate in meetings and demonstrate willingness to learn.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
Project management certifications (e.g. CAPM, Agile Foundations) as a plus.
No prior professional experience required.
University projects, internships, or extracurricular experience in technology or project coordination is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills:
Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
