WSP in the Middle East is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Emirati
graduate to join our Building Structures team as a Graduate Engineer – Building
Structures professional in Sharjah. This is an excellent opportunity for a
recent graduate who is passionate about building a career in project management
within the built environment sector. The role provides hands-on experience in
supporting project planning, coordination, and delivery while working closely
with multidisciplinary teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and documentation.
* Support day-to-day project coordination, including scheduling meetings,
preparing reports, and tracking deliverables.
* Monitor project progress and support in identifying risks, issues, and
dependencies.
* Conduct research, data gathering, and analysis to support decision-making.
* Prepare presentations and project updates for internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed
on time.
* Maintain organized and accurate project records and documentation.
* Support process improvement initiatives within the project management
function.
QUALIFICATIONS
* UAE National (with a valid Family Book).
* Recent graduate in Civil Engineering (or related field).
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Eagerness to learn and grow in a project-driven environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
