HR Data Analyst (United Arab Emirates) Abu Dhabi

Requirements

Requires proven experience as a data analyst or business data analyst, hands-on MIS analysis, familiarity with HR software, and knowledge of statistics and analytical tools such as Excel. Job Summary

Role: HR Data Analyst

Location: Abu Dhabi

 

Role purpose:

Provide support in managing MIS reporting to improve HR process workflow,
information management. 

Support overall workforce planning strategy. 

 

Key accountabilities of the role:

 

MIS & Workforce Planning / HRMS / Finance:

* Manage head count planning model to forecast head count for ADIB

* Liaise with all ADIB divisions to verify Head count statistics for all their
staff details on monthly basis

* Work in partnership with Strategy & Financial Control department on area of
MIS and workforce strategic planning efforts to make recommendations of
workforce cost to ADIB management

* Collect head count requests from all divisions and provide detailed and
summarized input for Strategy department for the preparation of the manpower
budget

* Promote equality and propose ideas to management to embrace the Emiratization
agenda within the workforce planning process

* Report on variance of actual head count against Emiratization head count
target for each division to management

* Prepare HR related MIS executive summary reporting for ADIB Groups and
Central Bank 

* Involved in HR Systems Information and HR Projects 

* Maintain a comprehensive awareness of current HR issues and co-ordinate with
ITD to continuously improve and optimize information systems performance,
operational efficiency, and deliver quality service

* Work with management to prioritize business and information needs 

 

Specialist skills / technical knowledge, technical competencies required for
this role:

 

Required skills:

* Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst

* Hands-on experience MIS analysis

* Familiarity with Human Resources software

* Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for
analyzing datasets like (Excel)

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and
disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and
accuracy

* Ability to engage across organization levels 

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Required education:

* B.Sc. in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management,
Statistics, or any other relevant field.

 

                        

 

Responsibilities

Manage headcount planning and monthly workforce data verification, and collaborate with Strategy and Financial Control on workforce planning, cost recommendations, and manpower budgeting. Prepare HR MIS reports for ADIB groups and the Central Bank, monitor Emiratization targets, and support HR systems and information projects.
