Requirements
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in managing machine projects, troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination. Candidates must be proficient in reviewing technical specifications and managing resources to ensure successful project execution.
Job Summary
• Designs and installs machine layouts with its related infrastructure.
• Responsible for commissioning of new machines or machine upgrades
• Responsible for the installation, testing, startup and handover of line
automation equipment
• Responsible for Machine Layouts and footprint optimization
• Follow up on Preventive programs, strategical spare parts, Machine Efficiency,
Waste, Product’s Quality,
and Cost Effectiveness.
• Hand over projects to BU Process Engineer with proper coordination with
production & maintenance
teams
• Lead machine projects for run-ability, upgrades and additional features
• Propose machines upgrades to be in line with new technology
• Initiates &/or implements cost savings & cost containment programs
• Validates ROIs periodically through updating actualized figures and analyses
the results
• Provide Guidelines to maintenance department to support implementing any
preventive tasks
• Provide Guidelines to Maintenance department in spare part/critical part
identification, selection, and
specification along with suppliers’ validation
• Review technical specs, tender books and sales offers and make needed
comparative sheets and
decision matrix for management approval.
• Coordinates the project timing and resources for the installation and
commissioning of new/upgrade
machineries/projects.
• Propose technical solutions for machine repetitive problems or breakdowns
• Recommends new technical procedures/tools to enhance Plant Efficiency

The Technical Senior Coordinator is responsible for designing machine layouts, overseeing the installation and commissioning of automation equipment, and optimizing plant efficiency. They also manage project timelines, provide technical guidance to maintenance teams, and implement cost-containment programs.
