Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 9-12 years of ERP consulting experience, including at least 5 years with D365 F&O. Mandatory certifications include MB-300 and MB-310, along with strong expertise in finance and accounting processes.
Job Summary
Lead functional design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions.
Conduct business process workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
Configure and optimize Finance modules including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Cash & Bank Management
Fixed Assets
Budgeting
Cost Accounting
Financial Reporting
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and business process documentation.
Work closely with technical teams to develop customizations, integrations, and reports.
Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with D365 capabilities.
Support data migration, system testing (SIT/UAT), training, and go-live activities.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
9-12 years of ERP consulting experience with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Mandatory certifications:
MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations
MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
Experience in multiple end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and business communication skills.
Strong understanding of system integration, reporting, and data migration processes.
Responsibilities
