Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5-8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE development. Candidates must hold a Microsoft PL-400 certification and possess strong expertise in C#, .NET, and PowerApps Component Framework.
Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and related modules).
Develop and maintain custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and business process automations using C# and .NET.
Build and deploy PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls to enhance user experience and functionality.
Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps and Power Platform solutions.
Configure business rules, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles within D365 CE.
Design and develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Services, Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
Participate in technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations aligned with best practices.
Support data migration activities and deployment processes across environments.
Perform unit testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, business stakeholders, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare technical design documents and maintain development standards and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
Strong hands-on experience in:
C#
.NET Framework/.NET Core
JavaScript/TypeScript
Dynamics 365 CE SDK
Power Platform
Proven expertise in:
Plugin Development
Custom Workflow Activities
PCF (PowerApps Component Framework)
Model-Driven Apps
Power Automate
Experience with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 Web API.
Strong understanding of solution management and ALM practices.
Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Microsoft PL-400 certification is mandatory.
Responsibilities
