Education
I hold a Master of Science and Technology (MST) in Electrical Engineering, specialized in Automation and Industrial Computing, from the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques of Settat (FST Settat), Hassan II University. My academic background combines electrical engineering, industrial automation, control systems, electrical machines, industrial maintenance, and production systems.

During my studies, I developed practical knowledge of PLC programming, industrial automation, electrical systems, control and regulation, HMI/SCADA, MATLAB/Simulink, and industrial process optimization. I worked with technologies such as Siemens S7-1500, TIA Portal, LADDER, GRAFCET, PROFINET, and SIMATIC HMI.

I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from FST Beni Mellal, which provided me with a strong foundation in electronics, electrical systems, telecommunications, and engineering principles.

Industrial Experience
I have completed four industrial internships across different sectors, giving me experience in electrical maintenance, industrial automation, production, and continuous improvement.

OCP – Maroc Phosphore I, Safi | Electrical Engineering & Automation Intern

During my final-year internship, I worked on the automation of the sulfur filtration workshop, specifically the preparation of the filter precoat after the cleaning operation. I analyzed the existing process, participated in equipment sizing, and developed an automation solution using Siemens TIA Portal, S7-1500 PLC, SIMATIC HMI, LADDER, and GRAFCET.

The proposed solution helped reduce the filter preparation cycle by approximately 50–70%. I also conducted a technical and economic study, including an ROI estimation.

IMYAS, El Jadida | Maintenance & Production Engineering Intern

I worked in a metal construction industrial environment, where I participated in equipment condition monitoring and maintenance organization. My activities included electrical checks such as continuity, insulation resistance, and electrical imbalance measurements, as well as preventive maintenance planning and intervention follow-up.

I also contributed to identifying equipment risk areas and applying Kaizen and continuous improvement principles.

Neutral Cargo, Khouribga/Casablanca | Industrial Performance & Maintenance Intern

I worked on industrial performance and maintenance-related topics within a logistics and warehouse environment. I participated in the diagnosis of electrical faults and recurring breakdowns, as well as the analysis of maintenance organization and equipment availability.

I also analyzed operational data using Excel, focusing on waiting times, anomalies, dock availability, equipment movements, and pallet pre-positioning. In addition, I explored Industry 4.0 solutions for real-time equipment monitoring, alarms, anomaly detection, and safety improvement.

OCP – Khouribga | Electrical Engineering Intern

During this internship, I worked around medium-voltage electrical equipment, particularly a PowerFlex 7000 drive used for pump speed control. I also gained exposure to equipment documentation, spare parts, operating procedures, and communication with the station’s technical systems.
