Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 11 years of relevant experience in strategic or business planning is required.

Job Summary

The Associate – Planning is responsible for developing and executing strategic
business plans, defining long-term organizational goals, identifying growth
opportunities, and aligning departmental objectives with the overall corporate
vision. It involves market and competitor analysis, business performance
evaluation, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business
objectives are achieved effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop business plans and long-term growth strategies aligned with
organizational goals.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business
opportunities and industry trends.
* Align departmental objectives and operational plans with the overall
corporate vision.
* Define, monitor, and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track
business performance.
* Analyze business performance and recommend necessary adjustments to
strategies and plans.
