not just assisting guests with special requests and services – you’re spreading
the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that
make the stay for every guest.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day as a Bellman:

* Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.

* Assist guests with luggage, including loading, unloading, storing, and
delivering bags to rooms.

* Escort guests to their rooms while sharing helpful information about hotel
amenities and services.

* Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, dining,
transportation, and hotel facilities.

* Coordinate transportation needs, including taxis, rideshares, shuttles, and
valet support.

* Handle guest requests promptly and professionally to ensure a smooth and
memorable stay.

* Support VIP guests with attentive, personalized service.

* Maintain the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas in a clean,
organized, and welcoming condition.
