Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Career Development Counselor to support employee career development, capability building and professional growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide career counselling and professional-development guidance.
Support individual career and development plans.
Conduct employee assessments and identify development needs.
Support career-path and competency-development frameworks.
Conduct career-development workshops and awareness sessions.
Provide coaching and guidance to employees.
Support development initiatives for national/Qatari employees.
Analyse career-development information and prepare reports and recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
Postgraduate qualification in Business or HR preferred.
More than 6 years’ relevant L&D/career-development experience.
Strong career counselling, coaching and facilitation experience.
Experience with career frameworks, assessments and employee-development programs.
Arabic and English bilingual capability preferred.
Responsibilities
The Career Development Counselor will provide professional guidance, coaching, and career counseling to support employee growth and capability building. They will also conduct workshops, manage career-path frameworks, and analyze development data to provide actionable recommendations.
