Key Requirements

Professional Experience

* Minimum 8–10 years of experience in internationally recognized 5-star luxury
hotels across Europe.
* Minimum 6 years of leadership experience in Michelin-starred fine dining
restaurants located in Europe, Scandinavia, USA, or Asia Pacific.
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences in high-end
dining environments.
* Strong understanding of luxury service standards, wine knowledge, culinary
trends, and fine dining etiquette.
