Employment: Full Time
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee turnkey luxury residential projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of construction from inception to completion, including high-end finishes, ensuring the highest quality standards and timely delivery within budget. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on premium residential developments.
Responsibilities:
– Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
– Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure on-time delivery.
– Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
– Oversee quality control and compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
– Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
– Resolve any issues or delays promptly to maintain project flow and client satisfaction.
– Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services related to the project.
– Lead and motivate project teams to achieve excellence in execution and client experience.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
– Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in luxury residential or turnkey projects.
– Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and legal regulations in the UAE.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
– Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
– Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.
– Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is preferred.
