SearchPlus HR is looking for a highly qualified Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team of mental health professionals. In this leadership role, you will provide expert psychiatric care, lead clinical services, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed psychiatric evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex mental health conditions.
Provide expert consultation and lead clinical decision-making within the psychiatric department.
Supervise and mentor junior psychiatrists and other clinical staff to promote best practices.
Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care.
Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records adhering to regulatory standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in psychiatry to enhance clinical practice.
Engage in teaching and training activities where appropriate.
Medical degree and licensed practicing psychiatrist.
Completion of a recognized psychiatry residency and board certification.
Significant clinical experience in psychiatry with expertise in managing complex cases.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice and continuous professional development.
Experience in supervision and mentorship roles is preferred.
Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
