Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Uro-Oncology Surgeon with expertise in Robotic Surgery to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide advanced surgical management for patients with complex urological cancers, with a strong focus on robot-assisted and minimally invasive uro-oncological procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage patients with urological malignancies, including prostate, kidney, bladder, and testicular cancers.
Perform advanced robot-assisted uro-oncological surgeries.
Undertake minimally invasive and laparoscopic procedures where appropriate.
Perform robotic radical prostatectomy and other complex prostate cancer procedures.
Manage renal and bladder malignancies, including partial/radical nephrectomy and radical cystectomy.
Evaluate patients and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
Participate in multidisciplinary uro-oncology tumor boards with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists, and pathologists.
Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care.
Manage surgical complications and ensure high standards of patient safety.
Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, teaching, and research.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and practice according to evidence-based guidelines.
Requirements
MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.
Recognized specialist/consultant qualification in Urology.
Fellowship or advanced subspecialty training in Uro-Oncology and/or Robotic Surgery is highly desirable.
Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license/eligibility or eligibility to obtain one.
Significant post-specialization experience in uro-oncological surgery.
Demonstrated expertise in robotic-assisted urological procedures.
Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
