We are hiring: D365 Administrator
Location: #Kuwait
A Dynamics 365 (D365) Administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and managing an organization’s Microsoft business applications. They act as the bridge between business needs and IT, handling user access, system customizations, data integrity, and environment performance.
Key Responsibilities:
User & Security Management: Assigning licenses in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, creating users, and configuring granular security roles (e.g., Read, Write, Delete permissions) and field security profiles within D365.
Environment Maintenance: Overseeing sandbox and production environments, managing updates (release waves), and executing data backups and restores.
System Customization: Modifying forms, views, dashboards, and workflows to align with changing business processes.Integration & Troubleshooting:
Linking D365 with other platforms (like Outlook, SharePoint, or Azure) and monitoring system health or telemetry errors.
Data Administration: Managing duplicate detection rules, data imports/exports, and bulk data migrations.
