Job Summary

Our client, a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai, is seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join the culinary team of a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment and will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes to meet the standards of the hotel’s upscale clientele.
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, ensuring consistency and excellence in all culinary outputs.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to the chef’s specifications and presentation standards
Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen and maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
Set up and stock the station with all necessary ingredients and supplies
Ensure food quality and consistency by following proper cooking methods and recipes
Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver timely service during all meal periods
Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Participate in inventory control and minimize food wastage
Maintain a professional and positive attitude within the team and towards guests
Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
Sound knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Diploma or certification from a recognized culinary school is preferred
Good understanding of sanitation, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Must be currently in UAE
