Job Summary
Our client a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie specializing in Sushi to join the culinary team in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes in accordance with the hotel’s standards, ensuring an authentic and exceptional dining experience for guests.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in sushi preparation techniques, have a strong passion for Japanese cuisine, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Responsibilities
Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes to the highest quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
Assist the Senior Sushi Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and stored properly
Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies
Work efficiently under pressure to meet service times
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in the kitchen team
Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or Demi Chef de Partie specializing in sushi
Excellent knowledge of sushi preparation methods and Japanese cuisine
Attention to detail and high standards of food presentation
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
Culinary qualification or equivalent experience preferred
Strong communication skills and team player attitude
Must be currently in UAE
