Document Controller
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :
• Maintain and control all project documentation in an organized and accessible manner.
• Ensure documents are properly filed, updated, and archived according to company procedures.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, drawings, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to collect and distribute required documents.
• Monitor document workflows to ensure timely review and approval.
• Prepare reports, logs, and registers related to document management.
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and security of sensitive information.
Requirements :
• Proven experience as a Document Controller in a corporate, construction, engineering, or healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of document control systems, procedures, and software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and document management tools.
• Ability to join immediately (mandatory).
